Description

Ministry of Finance
The Ministry of Finance is responsible for key aspects of the state’s financial policy. As part of the National Financial Education Strategy for 2024-2030, the Ministry identified Ukrainian refugees as one of the groups that most needs support in financial education.
Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
The institution responsible for the social insurance system in Poland. It handles pensions, disability benefits, sick leave, and maternity benefits. Understanding ZUS’s role is crucial for everyone who works legally and pays contributions.
Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK)
The main government body protecting consumer rights in Poland. It provides information about unfair practices, contract clauses, and consumer rights. This is a key reference point for any consumer disputes.
Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF)

This is one of the largest Polish portals gathering information about non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Although it’s not dedicated exclusively to people from Ukraine, it’s a valuable source of information about various organizations operating in Poland that may offer legal, social, psychological, or financial support.

Official government portal that serves as a central information point for people from Ukraine and those helping them. It contains a verified list of non-governmental organizations that provide support in accommodation, legal, medical, and financial assistance. The portal is entirely in Polish and Ukrainian.
UA Help.Info
A portal that provides verified information about fundraising and aid campaigns for Ukraine conducted by various non-governmental organizations.
Caritas Poland
One of the largest charitable organizations in Poland. It runs numerous aid programs for refugees, including financial, food, psychological, and legal support. Caritas has a network of Migrant and Refugee Help Centers throughout Poland.
