  1. Buy as much as you use and don’t waste<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Plan your meals for at least a week, or even a month<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Regularly review your kitchen cupboards and fridge<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Buy fruit and vegetables carefully, as they go bad quickly. Estimate how much you really need and buy that much <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Browse spices as well<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Store fruit and vegetables properly in the fridge<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Store dry food in airtight containers to avoid food moths<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Only shop with a list of products, list on a piece of paper or in an app such as LISTONIC <\/li>\n\n\n\n

  10. Check the use-by date of products in the shop; goods with a short date are usually within reach, those with a longer date further down the shelf<\/li>\n\n\n\n
